Terms of use
The terms that govern this website. Your care is governed separately.

This page is about the website
These terms cover your use of collierconciergept.com. They are not your treatment agreement. If you become a patient, the terms of your care, including scheduling, payment and cancellation, are set out separately and agreed with you directly.
Reading this site is not receiving care
Everything here is general education about physical therapy. It is not a diagnosis, not a treatment plan, and not a substitute for being assessed by a clinician who can see you, examine you, and take your history.
Two things in particular. Nothing on this site should delay you seeking care, and no page here creates a provider relationship. That begins when you are evaluated, not when you read about a condition.
If you are having a medical emergency, call 911. Do not use this website or its contact form.
Individual results
Outcomes in physical therapy depend on the person: the condition, how long it has been present, other health factors, and how the home programme is followed. Nothing described on this site is a promise about your result.
Using the site
You may read, print and share these pages for your own non-commercial use. Please do not:
- Copy the content to present it as your own
- Scrape, mirror or republish the site commercially
- Attempt to disrupt the site or access parts of it that are not public
- Use the contact form to send unsolicited commercial messages
