Payment

Collier Concierge is a cash-pay practice for almost everyone: you pay us directly and we provide detailed superbills you can submit for possible out-of-network, HSA or FSA reimbursement. Medicare works differently. We are a non-participating Medicare provider, so for covered injury or diagnosis-related physical therapy we are federally required to submit the claim, you pay us directly at the Medicare fee schedule rate, and Medicare reimburses you rather than us. Services Medicare does not cover, such as golf and sports performance work, movement assessments and dry needling, remain cash-pay.
