Accessibility
We treat people with Parkinson's disease and older adults working on balance and mobility. A website they cannot read would be an odd way to offer that care.

What we aim for
We build to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. That is the standard most commonly referenced under the Americans with Disabilities Act.
What we have actually done
These are specific and were measured, not assumed:
- Text contrast. Every text and background pair on the site clears the 4.5:1 AA requirement, with deliberate margin above the minimum rather than passing it exactly. Reduced contrast sensitivity is common with age and with Parkinson's, so a bare pass is not good enough.
- Tap and click targets. Navigation, dropdown and header links are at least 44 by 44 pixels, so they can be hit reliably with a tremor or a less steady hand.
- Motion. If your device is set to reduce motion, animation on this site is reduced accordingly. No content depends on movement to be understood.
- Keyboard. The site can be navigated without a mouse, and the focused element is visibly marked.
- Structure. Pages use real headings in order and proper landmark regions, so a screen reader can move through them predictably.
- Images. Every image carries alternative text.
- Text size. Body text is set at a comfortable size and the page reflows if you enlarge it in your browser.
What is still outstanding
We would rather say this than claim we are finished:
- Our testing on small mobile screens is not yet complete. If something is hard to use on your phone, we want to know.
- We have not yet had an independent audit by a third-party accessibility specialist.
- Some blog articles are still being written, so a few links go to pages that are thin.
If something does not work for you
Tell us and we will fix it. You do not need to know the technical term for the problem. "I cannot read the pricing page on my phone" is a perfectly good bug report.
Call 941-275-9293 or email [email protected].
And if the website is in your way, it does not have to be the route in. Call us and we will arrange your visit on the phone. Nothing here requires you to use a form.
Care itself
This statement is about the website. Our care is mobile: we come to your home, and that is often the most accessible option there is. If getting to a clinic is the barrier, that is precisely the problem this practice exists to solve.
